After a long gap, my interest turned once again to blogging. I started this since I was sitting simply at home without knowing what to do. Now once again I am facing the same situation. But this time I am not at home, I am at my Office. From now onwards, I will be updating all about the experience I am facing here in Gurgoan. I am here for nearly more than 10 months. Thanks for the commentors who have commented and those who going to comment here after.

India has won the first ODI against Sri Lanka by 6 wickets. After a long gap, we are watching our Dhoni and team back in action. Real good performance by our thala Dhoni, as usual. But I was able to see the match only on the net. Thanks to cricinfo.com.

There are five more matches in this series. Hope India does well in the upcoming matches too. So we have got something in our good action plans for the month ahead

So they created a night watchman position and hired a person for the job. Then Ruling Party XYZ Said..
- “How does the watchman do his job without instruction?”
So they created a planning department and hired two people, one person to write the instructions, and one person to do time studies. Then Ruling Party XYZ Said..
- “How will we know the night watchman is doing the tasks correctly?”
So they created a Quality Control department and hired two people. One to do the studies and one to write the reports. Then Ruling Party XYZ Said.. ,
- “How are these people going to get paid?”
So they created the following positions, a time keeper, and a payroll officer, then hired two people. Then Ruling Party XYZ Said..,
- “Who will be accountable for all of these people?”
So they created an administrative section and hired three people, an Administrative Officer, Assistant Administrative Officer, and a Legal Secretary. Then Ruling Party XYZ Said..
- “We have had this command in operation for one year and we are $18,000 over budget, we must cutback overall cost.”

Hiiiiiii folks! I am really really happy now. Guess why??? I am coming to Chennai after two weeks.  I have booked my tickets and got them too I will be there in Chennai for 4 days, foooooooooouuuuuuuuurrrrr days. Yeah! It’s really a great thing for me because getting a single day leave is really tough for me here. So really happy for coming there. I will be there from 24th Jan to 27th Jan. Waiting meet all my dearest ones after a lonnnnnnnggggggggg time. Hope I would have a great time.

One more happy thing is that my tickets costed me just Rs.6,000 for up and down journey through flight Thanks to SpiceJet But I am little sad for having to miss the Republic Day parade in Delhi. I was planning to see the parade live for the first time as I am here in Delhi. Anyways I am more happy to come to Chennai and meet all my kith and kin. Waiting for 23rd

On walking into the factory, the MD noticed a young guy leaning against the wall, doing nothing.

He approached the young man and calmly said to him, “How much do you earn?”
The young man was quite amazed that he was asked such a personal question, he replied, none the less, “I earn $ 2 000.00 a month, Sir. Why?”
Without answering, the MD took out his wallet and removed $6000.00 cash and gave it to the young man and said, “Around here I pay people for working, not for standing around looking pretty! Here is your 3 months salary, now GET OUT and don’t come back”.
The young man turned around and was quickly out of sight.
Noticing a few onlookers, the MD said in a very upset manner, “And that applies for everybody in this company”.
He approached one of the onlookers and asked him, “Who’s the young man that I just fired?”
To which an amazing reply came of, “He was the pizza delivery man, Sir…!”

A long time ago, before the world was created and humans set foot on it, God had put all the human “qualities” in a separate room. Since all the qualities were bored they decided to play hide & seek.
“Madness” was one of the qualities and he shouted: “I want to count, I want to count!” And since nobody was crazy enough to want to seek “Madness”, all the other qualities agreed. So “Madness” leaned against a tree and started to count: “One, two, three…” As “Madness” counted, the qualities went hiding. “Treason” hid in a pile of garbage.. “Lie ” said that it would hide under a stone, but hid at the bottom of the lake. And Madness continued to count “… seventy nine, eighty, eighty one…” By this time, all the qualities were alrea dy hidden-except “Love “. For stupid as “Love ” is, he could not decide where to hide. And this should not surprise us, because we all know how difficult it is to hide “Love”. “Madness”: “…ninety five, ninety six, ninety seven…” Just when “Madness” got to one hundred………”Love” jumped into a rose bush where he hid.

And Madness turned around and shouted: “I’m coming, I’m coming!” As Madness turned around, “Laziness” was the first to be found, because “Laziness” was too lazy to hide. “Madness” searched madly and found “Lie” at the bottom of the lake. One by one, Madness found them all – except Love. Madness was getting desperate, unable to find Love. Envious of Love, “Envy” whispered to “Madness “: “You only need to find Love, and Love is hiding in the rose bush.” “Madness” Jumped on the rose bush and he heard loud cry. The thorns in the bush had pierced “Loves” eyes. Hearing the commotion God came into the room and sa w what had happened. He got very angry and cursed “Madness” and said since “Love” has become blind because of u… ..u shall always be with him” And so it came about that from that day on, Love is blind and is always accompanied by Madness.!
